Colourful Geometric w/ Pattern Introduction

In this design, I decided to continue with a similar style to my last digital mock-up, using bold, modern typefaces and eye catching colours. I also added on from the previous design by using images within geometric shapes and then overlaying the images with colour, which I think improved on the previous stylistic approach. Another addition in this concept was the inclusion of background pattern. I decided to experiment with how using a pattern that I designed would work as a background for my brochure. I think the pattern worked well on the cover page but was a bit over-bearing on the spread, so I think I will tone down patterns that I use in the future.
